So I have a confession.

For the last few weeks I've been "seeing" a choate grad. I've tried to redeem myself by making offensive choate remarks on a regular basis. I.e. If we are watching a movie or a tv show and there is a clear hero figure and anti-hero I always refer the hero figure as the DA grad and the anti hero as the choatie. Ie "why is that choatie burning the documents? They clearly belong to that DA grad." (more fun than it sounds). S/he has a Choate coffee mug that I only refer to as a spittoon. Ie "hey can I move your spittoon off the coffee table."

Just wanted to share. It helps me deal with the pain.


This feels almost as awkward as if a friend told me they were becoming a Yankees fan, .......



Or voted for Bush,....

or really liked the Goo Goo Dolls, but worse.

So is there really an alumni "cheer"? Yes, and it apparently really is 'FYC'.
