When overtime hit people came out of the houses, ripped off their shirts, ran into the streets and started running and screaming. A riot formed on the library steps and took up a block of N Street between 36th and 37th. Someone started lighting fireworks in their front yard (no professionals.. kinda scary). Non-stop chanting of "hoya saxa." "
