Jason Davis Mocks Drug Use while Facing Drug Charges

You (maybe) know Jason Davis for being the fatter, greasier, older, more likely to be smoking or sweating brother of the guy who "drunkenly nepalmed" Lohan with a carpet bombing of "firecrotch" slurs. When he got popped for cocaine posession 10 days ago (Friday, 29 Feb) it was kinda not surprising and mildly newsy.


We ran in to Jason out celebrating the new hotspot Beso on the same day he was formally charged. He told us he launched a new TV channel, EGO TV. Being curious, a few clicks led to this launch clip in which he makes 4 references to "8 balls" and "using 8 balls" to stay skinny in this short clip. He also chain smokes while walking in fashion show.

Without a law school degree, not sure if this will help his case much.
